Moye Library uses WorldCat Discovery as its catalog's search engine. WorldCat Discovery determines the article's accessibility based on the article's journal's accessibility, even though the library is only granted full-text access for certain volumes of the journal. If you are have problems access an article, please follow the instructions below to determine with we have access to the article.
- You will find that the journal titles is Women and Language and the issue date is Fall 1998
- Go to Journal Finder.
- Search for "Women and Language."
- The results show you the databases in which the journal is held and it gives the dates in which the full-text access begins and ends.
- Judging by the date ranges given by Journal Finder, Moye Library has access to all the articles in the Fall 1998 edition of Women and Language.
- If it turns out that Moye Library doesn't have access to the article, you can request it through Interlibrary Loan (more information) if you still would like to gain access through that article. Since WorldCat Discovery shows that Moye Library has access, even though the library doesn't, the Interlibrary Loan button will not appear. You will need to contact Reference Librarian Kelsey Chandler, kchandler@umo.edu about accessing the article through Interlibrary Loan.
